Breakfast can sometimes be daunting. Especially on a weekend when the house is empty. I tried making Shakshouka! I didn’t have any onions unfortunately, but I had lots of dried tomatoes and korean red pepper! The taste was bold and awakening. Poacher for life, so good…

UncategorizedHappy hour with a couple of girls. I got the house pickles, which were beautifully arranged, but they all had the same flavor. At first I thought I could enjoy the different colors and textures but in the end I just couldn’t finish.
The grilled mushroom skewers were so amazing though. Very umami. Came sprinkled with green onion and parsley.
